A Corporate
Account allows you to make purchases with a purchase order
or using COD (cash on delivery).
To
establish a Corporate Account you must first fill out a
credit application.
You
may either fill out the application on-line, or download
a PDF version of the credit application, fill it out, and
fax it to us at (650) 992-1929. We will enter you into our
system, then send you an e-mail with your username and password
already established.
To
access the on-line application, shop through the site adding
the products that you wish to order. When you have finished
shopping click on the Check Out button in your Shopping
Cart. This will take you to the Login Page.
At
the Login Page, click on the Corporate Login button. You
will be taken to the Corporate Accounts Login page. Here
you may either log in as an existing user or establish a
new Corporate Account. Once the account has been established,
you will be redirected back to the Login page where you
can log in as a user. On the Check Out page, you will then
choose whether the order will be paid by PO or COD.
When
your application is approved, your order will be completed
and shipped.
Information
We Need To Establish A Corporate Account
We
will ask for the following information to establish your
Corporate Account:
Your
name, job title, phone and fax number, and e-mail address.
You will also need to establish a password.
The
company name, billing and shipping addresses.
The
company principal or president's name and Social Insurance
Number.
The
type of organization (legal), the type of business you are
in, the name of any parent companies, and the number of
years the company has been in business.
Your
Dun and Bradstreet number.
The
credit limit applied for.
A contact
name, title, phone and fax number, and e-mail address for
someone in your Accounts Payable department.
The
name, address, and phone number of your bank. A contact
name at the bank. The bank account number.
Three
trade reference of companies (US based) you currently do
business with an open account.
